How do you handle things like section height when resolution or magnification changes, or lines that change due to changes in font size?

For example, when the screen is full at 15 inches and ideal at 24 inches, do you usually set each size by percentage according to the resolution?

If you use % and set the text spacing size and line breaks (br tags) in advance, they won’t change much!

If I set the text and height values to %, would it be possible to achieve consistency across multiple resolutions and devices?

I use vh for the height value.
